At ROCCIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ROCCIA account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective materials and boxes to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
